How do you recommend that the fabric be washed |
Unless stated otherwise, we wash the traditional fabrics just like we would wash any other fabric we buy to use in quilting or any other type of sewing. The fabric dye in the traditional batiks is set, so we've never had it bleed, so you don't need to even be careful about that. It hardly wrinkles and irons like a dream! The Bali Batiks may run, so we always recommend that you wash the before using them and either use salt and vinegar and soak them overnight or add Retayne to your wash cycle following the directions on the bottle. The Bali's that are more likely to bleed are the reds and purples, but I've had others do it too! Best to be careful. |

What is your return policy? |
We accept returns on everything but cut fabrics. Once a fabric is cut to order, it cannot be returned. We hope you understand that the fabric was cut to your specifications and is difficult to sell to another customer. |

How wide is your fabric? |
Unless stated otherwise, the fabrics are generally 42 to 44 inches wide. We've listed the widths of the fabrics and whether or not they have a border on the selvage in our online store. |

How quickly do you ship items once an order is placed? |
We guarantee that we will ship our orders within 3-5 days, but we usually ship it much quicker. The only exception to this is when we are at quilt shows, which will delay shipping. This will be noted on the website so that you will know this before ordering. |

How do you ship your orders? |
We ship all of our orders Priority Mail unless it is an international order. Then we work with the customer to meet their shipping needs. All postage is calculated via the USPS and will be added to your site. Postage should be close to the actual postage that will be charged and we keep working to get it as close to exact as possible. |
