Batiks by Design guarantees the quality of our fabric. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cotton fabric, please return it within 7 days and we will refund your money. Guaranteed.
We do not guarantee that you'll love our fabrics, but we really think that you will. We do!
Batiks by Design ships all orders within 3-5 days via Priority or First Class mail unless we are at a quilt show which will be noted on the home page. We try our best to ship as soon as possible and usually get orders out within 24 hours. All postage is calculated via the USPS and should be very close to the actual postage charged for your order.
We cannot accept returns on cut fabrics. This is due to the fact that the fabric was cut to your specifications. That makes it hard to resell.
International orders: We ship USPS Priority Mail. If we can ship it cheaper than the quoted amount, we will refund the difference. We are not responsible for any customs or taxes on the shipment. That is our customers responsibility.
